vi. Fill in your shipping details. This can be done either while logged in or as a guest. If you do while logged in, the website will remember your shipping location the next time you shop. If you do it as a guest, then the website will only remember your shipping details for that transaction only.

We support mobile money transfer (M-Pesa), Credit & Debit Cards (Both Master and Visa) and supported local bank payment methods as provided by our payment partner. Yes, you can shop on the Soma Nami Books website as a registered user or as a guest. When you shop as a registered user, you don’t have to enter your details again when you come back next time. You may also choose to check out as a guest the website will forget your details once you check out. This means that you will key in your details afresh the next time you need to purchase from our website.
Orders made from the website will be delivered within 24-48 hours from the time of payment unless otherwise advised. Note that the time of placing the order is different from the time of order payment. An order is deemed to have been completed once payment is received on our end.
Deliveries are done anywhere in Kenya (via our contracted courier company within Nairobi).
Noting the continuous hikes on fuel prices in the country, our shipping prices have been adjusted as below;
250-500 for orders within Nairobi based on location from our dispatch centre at the Greenhouse Mall, Ngong Rd. The exact order amount will be determined during check out.
250-600 for other parts of the country via Speedaf Express. The exact amount will be determined at check out
300-850 via Fargo Courier. Note that Fargo courier is a premium service.

Yes, you can exchange the item in case of the above two eventualities within 24 hours. Kindly drop the items at our Store at the Greenhouse Mall. The items should be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.
Yes, we do deliveries outside Kenya. Once you select a destination outside Kenya, you will be given the option to select DHL, pre-populated with an estimated cost of delivery, or you can click on the ‘Registered Mail’ option whose cost will be calculated by a website administrator and then you’ll get a notification on email once ready.
It’s not possible to purchase using a voucher purchased at our physical store. At the moment, the voucher owner has to present it at the physical shop where an attendant will verify the voucher’s validity.
E-gifts purchased online can be redeemed online only, using a unique code only eligible for one purchase at a time.
